Privacy Policy

Game progress, kept on your device: levels, stars, coins, hints, magnets, peeks, daily reward status and settings. We do not upload it to our servers.

Nickname (optional): if you enter one, it stays on your device unless a feature clearly says it will be shown to other players.

Game settings request: when the game opens, it asks our server for the latest game settings, news and events. This request includes the app version and platform (Android). Like any web request, our hosting provider may briefly log technical details such as your IP address for security and to keep the service running. We don't use this to identify you.

Advertising data: see section 3.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or payment details.

• To run the game and save your progress.
• To send in-game news, events, balance changes and update notices.
• To show ads that keep the game free, and to limit how often they appear.
• To find and fix crashes, prevent abuse and improve the game.

Arrow Canvas shows ads (banner, full-screen, app-open and optional rewarded videos) through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type and ad-interaction data to show and measure ads, and to detect fraud.

Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, using Google's consent tools. You can change your choice in the game settings if available, or by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with:

• Advertising partners (Google AdMob), as described above.
• Service providers who host our servers, only to run the service.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Arrow Canvas is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and think your child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it. Where the law applies, we ask ad partners to treat requests as child-directed or under the age of consent.

Progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Server request logs are kept only for a short time. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to our systems to authorised staff.

• Delete your data: your progress lives only on your phone, so uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings removes it. For advertising and analytics data linked to your device, use our Delete your data page.
• Ads: opt out of personalised ads, or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
• Access, correction, deletion or objection: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or India's DPDP Act), you may have these rights. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.

Our service providers may process data in other countries. When they do, we rely on suitable legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and may tell you in the game.
